The city of Coral Springs is accepting a maximum of 30 income-eligible applicants for the purchase of three Neighborhood Stabilization Program properties
The deadline for the applications is June 30 at 5 p.m.
The properties available are two- and three-bedroom condominiums, and range in price from about $85,000 to $115,000. Home repairs have been completed, and pictures are available online at CoralSprings.org or upon visiting the city’s Community Development Division at 2730 University Drive in The Walk.
This program is available to eligible individuals who do not currently own any property. Eligible applicants do not have to be first-time home buyers and must meet income criteria set forth by Housing and Urban Development.
If interested, submit in person a completed registration form, a mortgage pre-approval letter for the full amount of the purchase price, and the last three pay stubs of all household members 18 years and older to: Community Redevelopment Associates of Florida, Inc. (CRA), 8569 Pines Blvd., Suite 201, Pembroke Pines, Fla. 33024.
